Meet Our Chef
A trained and qualified experienced chef, Paul produces top class restaurant quality food in the luxury our unique Victorian home. We use only the finest local ingredients to create mouth-watering dishes. Paul is passionate about creating everything from scratch, stocks, bread, jams, marmalade, preserves, scones, cakes & pastries. Whenever possible (but subject to availability), we use organic produce from local gardens, farms and shops.
Dinner
The fare at dinner depends on the supply of good local ingredients. The three course set dinner may include some of our favourites such as double baked haddock soufflé, leek and broad bean risotto, Radnorshire hills roast lamb, Shropshire pork braised in cider, dark chocolate tart with homemade ice-cream and traditional trifle. Dinner is served promptly at 7.30 in our stunning Victorian dining room with views overlooking the garden. We are happy to supply pre dinner drinks in our beautiful drawing room at 7.00 (not included in the cost of dinner).

The Old Vicarage is fully licensed and has a wonderful wine list available. You are of course welcome to bring your own wine, corkage charge £6.50, sparkling wine £8.00.
