Accommodation
Green Price Room

Green Price Room: king size double bed with en suite bath and shower. The fabulous Victorian brass half tester bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is elegantly refurbished with a period marble topped sink and it has views over the motte of Norton castle. The room, with south facing views, is named after the nineteenth century railway baron, landowner and MP, who developed Norton as a model village for his tenants and built the vicarage (and where, after a slump in the value of railway shares, he spent his latter years).
Gilbert Scott Room

Gilbert Scott Room: king size double bed with en suite bath. Bathe in the ball and claw foot bath in the dramatically decorated bathroom, with a blue sandstone fireplace, a porcelain blue and white loo and a milky white marble topped basin. Then climb in to the comfortable Victorian half tester brass bed. This room, with southerly views over the church, is named after the great architect who made his distinctive mark on this wonderful house.
Burlinson Room

Burlinson Room: twin beds with en suite shower (twin beds can be joined to make a 6ft double bed for two nights or longer). The graceful twin mahogany sleigh beds contrast with 19th century satinwood wardrobe and matching furniture from Maple & Co. The shower room is spacious. The room is named after Gilbert Scott's right hand man, who supervised the restoration of St Andrews Church, Norton and probably the building of The Old Vicarage. The room has a southerly aspect, with views over the gardens
